Kayak Rentals at Wethersfield Cove

May – October, Kayak Rentals at Wethersfield Cove

Kayak at the Cove will have Kayak and Canoe Rentals at the Wethersfield Cove. They will be available from Memorial Day weekend through Columbus Day weekend. No time limit, all life jackets and paddles provided. $30 Kayak, $40 Canoe.

Pedal boats; $30 for one hour, $40 for two hours.

Helmets and a working bicycle will be required.

CT Trails Day Paddle

June 7th, CT Trails Day Paddle

Great Meadows Conservation Trust, in collaboration with Connecticut River Conservancy, will be holding two paddles at Wethersfield Cove on Connecticut Trails Day Weekend. The paddles will be on Sunday, June 7.

A beginner paddle around the cove with paddle instruction and a limited number of kayaks available, and an intermediate paddle on the CT River from the cove to Hartford. Pr-registration is required for both paddles.

Bike Festival Show and Swap Meet

June 7th, 8:00am – 12:00pm. Wethersfield Bike Festival Show and Swap Meet

Family games, many bikes to see. Lots of bicycles, parts, and accessories available to buy. The event is rain or shine at Hanmer School. Free general admission. $25 donation for seller spots.

Join the Keane Foundation and Wethersfield UNICO for their 24th Annual Golf Tournament at the Wethersfield Country Club. Checkin starts at 9am, golf start time 10:30am. Lunch is to be served at 12 Noon at two locations on the course. Soda and bottled water are free throughout the day! Register and pay by June 5th!
