at the Keeney Memorial Cultural Center, 200 Main Street, Wethersfield
Wethersfield Historical Society presents the collaborative artwork of Don Carter (Edgar Allen Slothman) and Dora Dylanne Reyes in the Watson Gallery of the Wethersfield Museum. Birds & Desserts is a popular reimagining of Audubon’s Birds of America in a simplified graphic style that incorporates Reyes’ desserts into Carter’s Audubon Studies, resulting in charming pieces of whimsey. Admission to the museum is free. Hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, Sundays 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
