February 1st – February 28th, Snow People on Main

Come visit Main Street during the month of February to see four foot tall snow people decorated and on display in front of the historic homes and businesses.

This fun program is brought to you by two elementary school students who wrote letters to the Mayor. Now the Town of Wethersfield along with Wingsite Displays who made the snow people templets are ready to bring Brandon and Ryan Hill’s idea to life! This is how it works…

As part of the program, four-foot-tall snow person cutouts will be distributed to schools throughout Wethersfield. Students will decorate the snow people during school art activities, showcasing their creativity, school pride, and unique perspectives. Once completed, the snow people will be displayed along Main Street, creating a festive and welcoming winter streetscape for residents and visitors alike.

This first year is a trail and the Town hopes to bring these snow people to all of Wethersfield in the future!
