September 21st, 10:30am. Little Yogi & Me: Fall Fair adventure
Join Soulshine Yoga as they head to the Harvest Fair for a mindful yoga adventure! You and your child will warm up with apple cider breathing then venture to the fair as we practice different fall yoga moves (including partner poses) encountering thrilling rides, fair foods, farm animals and more. We’ll end with some mindful yoga games/activities and savasana with your sweetie.
*$20/caregiver/child + $10 each additional child
