SUMMARY:Sculpting the Skull

Sculpting the Skull  \nTaught by renowned artist Kimberly Monson\, this sculpture class uses the human\nskull as inspiration to build sculpting skills with clay. Emphasis is placed on armature building\, observation\, proportion\, form relationships\, measurement techniques and clay application. Working with the skull shows how smaller forms interlock and relate to the whole. The class is taught to the individual creating an environment where each student improves at their own pace. Led by Veronique Fournier-Wynne\, this course offers guided instruction in the fundamentals and finer nuances of creating rich\, realistic paintings in oil.
